MTS makes it one of its priorities to work with both customers and personnel. A team of ambassadors was assembled in order for employees to manage their emotions, energy and performance under the conditions of remote work.
For this team, Olga conducted a series of lectures on the topic of corporate mental well-being. Participants who completed the course successfully used their acquired skills to help their colleagues at different regional offices of the company.
Lenta
People Innovations advised Lenta to update the organisation's values in line with its strategic plans. We developed recommendations that integrated company values into its people management process, so that the company could more effectively attract and retain the employees it needed, all the whole maintaining a high level of motivation and performance.
During the project, various analytical tools were used, including psychometrics - which make it possible to identify the values of current employees and top teams outside the framework of social expectations.
Invitro
Invitro is one of the largest medical organisations in Russia. With a wide distribution of offices (more than 1700 offices in 5 countries), as well as a number of appearances within the pharmaceutical market, make it difficult to quickly respond to a changing environment. The function of the organisation as a unified whole is an important advantage for the company - allowing an international level of quality, practices and innovative solutions.
The first stage of our collaboration was a series of sessions with the top managerial team of the company in support of the implementation of the strategy - detailing the achievement of goals and a plan for implementation.
The second stage is working with the HR team for the successful implementation of the formulated plans and goals.
Rosbank
Rosbank is an organisation that takes the process of people management seriously - developing their employees and teams. As part of our work with the company, a series of events was held. We hosted an academic marathon of lectures and sessions about the systemic development of teams at different levels of the organisation. We monitored performance before and after, and provided comprehensive feedback.
WayRay
We provided long-term support for the company WayRay during the rapid expansion of the company from a start up phase. We consulted for the development and implementation of HRstrategy, company values and role structure. Furthermore, we conducted facilitation sessions and coaching with the founder of the company, top team and hr-specialists - providing expert support in the development of a performance management system, variable remuneration and KPI indicators.

Project "Employment Promotion" TSU
Olga was a mentor of the large-scale and ambitious state project "Employment Promotion TSU”, which aimed to help citizens of the Russian Federation improve their skills and desirability within the labor market.
Olga helped build the entire infrastructure of the project as efficiently and effectively as possible - from understanding the needs of the market and relationships with employers to recruiting candidates for training programs. Many graduates of the project noted the effectiveness of the built-in training system and the highly qualified project team.
Sportmaster
The Sportmaster company decided to support its employees at the beginning of the pandemic. To help them find the strength to overcome new challenges in an ever-changing environment, the ‘Energy and Employee Resource/Open Energy Marathon’ series was held for all of its employees.
For several weeks, its participants learned how to work through anxiety and avoid mental traps, change habits, reflecting on what was happening to them in order to tap into their ‘inner resources’ and learn how to manage it in new conditions.
Biocad
Olga provided support in the development and implementation of people management process strategy at Biocad. After the completing our collaboration, the HR-team of the company continued to share the acquired knowledge with its partners and demonstrate its success on the market.
Croc
With CROC, a large number of initiatives were carried out to develop the HR team and corporate culture. Facilitation, coaching and training support was provided on the topics of team efficiency, hybrid work formats and identity development. Work with the company also included assisting the restructuring of certain processes; developing and refining their HR strategy and its communication to company's employees.
