Olga is a consultant and mentor working with HR technologies at different stages of development in companies, and, in HR technology as a separate industry. She specialises in the digitalisation of processes in HR, as well as support for innovations in corporations.
Prior to founding her own practice, Olga's recent corporate roles included Vice President of HR and Education at VK Group, Executive Director of Talent Tech (Severgroup) and Vice President of HR at Severstal North America. Olga also practiced personnel management in other private, trans-national and public corporations in the B2B and B2C sectors in the Internet industry, oil and gas industry, consumer goods, metallurgical and mining industries in Russia and worldwide (Severstal, Mars, Yukos). Olga began her career by working at the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences, participating in research in the field of economic sociology (focusing on small business in Russia, entrepreneurship, middle class, consumption and savings). She continued to work in educational projects at the Higher School of Economics. She graduated from the HSE Faculty of Management and EMBA from the Stockholm School of Economics.
Olga is a jury member of the HH HR brand award, was twice a jury member of the Social Challenge award, was a jury member of the HSE Incubator, HR It., AI Russia Awards 2021, and also a member of the board of trustees of the HSE Distinguished Alumni Foundation.
